We can securely tighten the stone into the setting, preventing loss and the piece’s integrity. It is often caused by worn or broken claws - tiny prongs that hold the stone in position. During our inspection, we may discover additional weakened claws, especially in older pieces. While we can repair a single claw, we always recommend checking and securing the entire setting to avoid future issues and give you peace of mind.

We source high-quality replacements to closely match your original in size, colour and cut. In many cases, we have suitable stones available in-store for immediate repair. However, if a special stone is required, we may need to place an order, which can extend the repair timeframe.
